Have been using the program since January and was wondering if there are any other users out there?  I don't have any problems...just wanted some company I guess. Its been VERY quiet in here.

Hi

I have been attempting to use the product for a couple of months now.

I think it creates a good end product. The issue I have is the complete and utter lack of support. I have had some issues that I neede help with. I have used the contact us form using 5 different e-mail addresses on 30 ocassions in total. These guys are only interested in sales. Such a shame as at least 5 of my clients have shown interest in their products, but I just cannot recommend them given my experience.

I will keep at it until I crack the problems.

John:

Solved your problem yet?

Had a similar problem with not uploading to my ISP and finally solved the problem when I discovered that my domain was not pointing to my home directory. Who is your ISP? Mine is 1and1.com. maybe the same problem.

Hi,

Not yet no.

I use Heart who are very good.

This one is puzzling because it worked fine. I think had a drive failure, I got a new copy of epagewiz about 2 months later. Now I cannot upload.

My hosting company say that the hosting environment has not changed. I even purchased another copy of epagewiz to try on another PC with the same hosting company and it still fails. So it must be the hosting.

I am thinking of getting a new host for the brochures, I cannot see what else I can do.

I will double check the directory, thanks for the mail.

John
