I think the drm ebooks using a wrong strategy of sales. The reader can access some pages for free, then is presented with information that he needs to buy an activation code to read the rest of the book. Not knowing what the price of the book, the reader is forced to agree to a very long text on the license terms. Sign this form before you even know the price scares customers. Also, I think it should be submitted only a link in which the reader confirms agreement to the terms. If he wants to read the word, then he clicks on the link
The page showing the need to purchase an activation code should be presented in the language the book was written.

I agree. Post the price up front. I once skipped buying the book altogether since it took too much effort to find out the price.
