I've gotten to step 3 in the the pdftoepub process in creating a
Kindle file from a PDF and I see a number of ligatures in my
document that aren't being correctly identified. Would be bad
to replace these with images, and it is not clear what
"overwrite with custom character" means. Where do I enter
the custom character? What should I do next?
